PlugBug adds multi-charging functionality to your MacBook power adapter
PlugBug, a South Carolina-based outfit has developed a very handy add-on for your MacBook power adapter. The PlugBug is an iPad / iPhone / iPod / USB-based charger that attaches to the top of existing MacBook or MacBook Pro AC adapter, allowing you to charge your Mac laptop as well as a single USB-based device at the same time.
The ten-watt adapter is able to charge your iPad/iPhone faster than through your computer, and it is able to separate from the MacBook charger, should you ever need to dismount it. You can also use PlugBug to convert an international MacBook Power Adapter into a North American compatible adapter. Unfortunately the charger won’t work people in need of a non-us adapter though.
